Welcome to Bastion. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of bastionfashion.com (the “Website”) and your purchase of products from it. By accessing the Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or use the Website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order.

3. Products

Bastion sells apparel. All products are made to order: each item is printed only after you place your order and is produced and shipped by our manufacturing and fulfilment partner. Product images are for illustration. Slight variations in color, print placement and size (within ±0.5 inch) may occur because of screen settings and the digital printing process, and these are not defects.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
We may change prices at any time. The price at the time you place your order applies.
Payments are processed securely through PayU. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, such as UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking and wallets. All orders are prepaid. We do not store your card or banking details.
An order is confirmed only after successful payment.

5. Order Acceptance

We may cancel or refuse any order, for example because of pricing errors, production issues, an unserviceable PIN code or suspected fraud. If we do, you will receive a full refund.

6. Shipping, Cancellation, Returns and Refunds

These are governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy, Cancellation Policy, and Refund & Return Policy, which form part of these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos (including the Bastion name and bow-and-arrow logo), graphics, text and images on the Website belong to Mani Mohan Bhushan (Bastion). You may not copy, reproduce or use them commercially without our written permission.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Website, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, or use the Website for any unlawful purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bastion is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the Website or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.

10. Third-Party Services

We use third-party partners for payment processing (PayU), manufacturing and fulfilment, and courier delivery. We share your name, delivery address, phone number and email with these partners only as needed to process, ship and deliver your order. We remain your point of contact for any issue with your order.

11. Privacy

We collect your name, address, phone number and email only to process and deliver your orders and to communicate with you about them. We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers described in Clause 10. Card and banking details are handled by PayU and are not stored by us.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
